- Travel to and from the AIDS 2024 conference: This includes the cost of economy-class airfare from the nearest international airport in the recipient’s country of residence to the conference venue in Munich, Germany.
- Accommodation during the AIDS 2024 conference: This includes the cost of a single room in a budget hotel for the duration of the conference and pre-conferences.
- A per diem allowance to cover meals and other incidental expenses: This allowance is intended to cover the cost of meals, transportation, and other incidental expenses that the recipient may incur during their time in Munich.
