Benefits

  • Full registration for the AIDS 2024 conference: This includes access to all conference sessions, satellite sessions, poster discussion sessions, the exhibition, the Global Village, and pre-conferences.
  • Travel to and from the AIDS 2024 conference: This includes the cost of economy-class airfare from the nearest international airport in the recipient’s country of residence to the conference venue in Munich, Germany.
  • Accommodation during the AIDS 2024 conference: This includes the cost of a single room in a budget hotel for the duration of the conference and pre-conferences.

Eligibilities

General Eligibility

  • Be 18 years of age or older on 20 July 2024
  • Be working, volunteering, or studying in the area of HIV
  • Have a strong academic record and a demonstrated interest in HIV-related research, policy, or advocacy

Priority Groups

    • Abstract presenters at the AIDS 2024 conference
    • Workshop facilitators and co-facilitators at the AIDS 2024 conference
    • Global Village organizers and co-organizers at the AIDS 2024 conference whose submission has been selected for the conference
    • Applicants from low-income and lower-middle-income countries
    • Applicants who are part of key populations and people living with HIV
    • Young people and junior investigators below the age of 35
