The Youth Co:Lab Springboard Programme 2025 is a transformative initiative aimed at empowering young social entrepreneurs to scale their businesses and create meaningful impact in alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Running from February to June 2024, the Springboard Programme offers a structured curriculum delivered through live virtual workshops. Participants will gain essential knowledge in business development, fundraising, scaling operations, and skill-building. In addition to these workshops, the programme features specialized courses such as the Climate, Gender, and Leave No One Behind (LNOB) Series, designed to amplify participants’ contributions toward sustainable development.

One of the standout features of the programme is the personalized support provided by dedicated startup support managers. These professionals assist participants in accessing growth opportunities, connecting with potential investors, and navigating the complexities of scaling a social enterprise. The programme also connects participants with the Youth Empowerment Alliance (YEA), a network of investors, mentors, and industry experts, to ensure robust support for their entrepreneurial journeys.

The Springboard Programme fosters collaboration and peer learning through a vibrant cohort of like-minded young entrepreneurs. Participants will also benefit from an extensive alumni network across the Asia-Pacific region, enabling long-term partnerships and knowledge exchange.

This programme is ideal for social entrepreneurs who are passionate about driving change and committed to achieving the SDGs. By joining, participants will acquire the tools, knowledge, and network needed to scale their impact-driven businesses and address pressing global challenges.
