They do so in the belief that inclusive newsrooms, boardrooms and content are key to building resilient news organisations. Their programmes empower people and organisations to work together in support of a healthier, lasting and inclusive news industry. Recognising that gender is the largest of the diversity categories, with more than 50% of the world’s population identifying as women, their leadership development programme, the WIN Leadership Accelerator, prioritises women and non-binary individuals.
