Job Context -

• After the satisfactory completion of 6 months candidate can be hired as a permanent employee.
Job Responsibilities -
• Receive client's support requests and complains over the phone, online or directly face to face.
• Provide support, identify problems' root causes and provide solutions accordingly.
• Keep record of each support and complain details after providing solutions.
• Have to visit the client's site when required.
• Resolve hardware, software and connectivity problems and determining the source of computer problems and providing solutions accordingly.
• Provide IT support to end users for e.g. end user's Desktop, Laptop and other IT accessories.
• Perform other duties assigned by Team Leader when required.

Educational Requirements -
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE

• Good communication skill (written & spoken) in both Bengali and English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong sense of self-motivation.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Have knowledge in troubleshooting and resolving database and application problems.
