Efficiency is paramount in this position, with duties encompassing the organization and coordination of shipments, travel arrangements, procurement processes, protocol matters, and the supervision of various services. Additionally, this role requires the coordination of assets management and the provision of reliable office supplies. Financial control is also a part of the responsibilities, involving the maintenance of administrative control records and the preparation and review of financial and human resource proposals.

To qualify for this position, candidates should possess a secondary education or a university degree in fields such as finance, accounting, business, or public administration. The experience requirement includes six years of relevant experience for candidates with a secondary education or three years for those with a bachelor’s degree. Fluency in oral and written English is a mandatory language requirement, with knowledge of an Indian language considered desirable.

Eligibilities
Education:
- Secondary Education or a University Degree in Finance, accounting, Business, or Public Administration are desirable.
Experience:
- Secondary with 6 years of progressively responsible experience in office management, secretarial, administrative services, finance, accounting, audit, human resources, public relations/communications, protocol, and/or related areas.
- Alternatively, 3 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree in the mentioned fields.
Language Requirements:
- Fluency in oral and written English is required.
- Knowledge of an Indian language is considered desirable.
Probationary Period:
- Continuance of appointment beyond the initial 12 months is contingent upon the successful completion of a probationary period.
