The 10 weeks Summer Internship Programme will give you an opportunity to contribute to leading technology projects in a specific area. From working on projects that protect us against cyber attacks, helping us stay one step ahead of our competitors to create a better journey for our customers in Open Experience – we offer an exciting variety of work.

As a paid Summer Intern, you’ll have access to all the benefits that other RBS employees would do. As you are with us for ten weeks, you will have five days holiday that you are entitled to use.
The programme offers varied and interesting roles and previous interns have worked with teams who have delivered multi-million pound projects, ranging from enhancing our technology infrastructure, to making sure our financial reporting tools and technology applications are functioning as they need to.
Individual programme could expose you to vendor and stakeholder management, legal engagement, contract negotiations and customer-led design thinking. At all times you’ll be building up your skillset.
Eligibilities
A penultimate-year student from any academic background, you’ll need to be a fast learner with strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail. They are looking for your fresh ideas, enthusiasm and commitment to building a successful future in banking.
