Institute of Science and Technology Austria is offering an IST Internship Program for international students. The program is open in specific fields. This international paid internship is a one-year program for the students to gain work experience in their areas under professional supervisors and environment. IST research internship program is offered in collaboration with OeAD. OeAD is an international organization dealing with education and scientific cooperation. The IST aims to train capable, motivated, and skilled students from all over the world. The students are required to select their research topics ahead of the application process. The interns will have the opportunity to display their research work in a symposium.

Eligibilities
Here are the criteria for IST internship program 2022:
- Candidates can either be a bachelor’s or master’s current student or a bachelor’s/master’s graduate.
- The degree must be in natural or computer sciences, mathematics or any discipline related to these.
- Candidates must be holding an English proficiency certificate (any).
- They must be interested in the research field applying for.
- Candidates must have prior knowledge about the research project they want to select for the IST internship program.

- The candidate must contact the research group leader via E-mail (professor or assistant professor).
