The BMGA Fellows Program is a social impact initiative designed to narrow the gender skills gap among university graduates in Africa and Asia. It is an experiential learning program that provides young women with access to the knowledge and resources required to gain fundamental employability skills that strengthen their marketability for a successful career in the 21st Century.

The program offers high-level professional development courses, mentorship from graduate students in top global universities, coaching from executives with international experience, exclusive conversations with renowned thought leaders, and life skills that are designed to prepare young women for the future of work.

The program is designed to give academically motivated final-year students and early-career professionals the unique opportunity to have a transformational learning experience that will play a pivotal role in their personal and professional development.

Through a rigorous open application process, the selection committee selects high-potential women, who are early-career professionals or students in their final year of tertiary education, to participate in an intensive Fellowship. BMGA Foundation’s selection committee utilizes its expertise to review all applications and the decision made by the committee is final.

BMGA Foundation is a non-profit organization that is focused on creating equitable and productive work environments. We deploy initiatives that are centered on inclusivity and gender equity in the business environment. They envision a gender-equal world where women are active contributors and leaders within their respective societies. Every woman has the ability and right to live a rich and impactful life. Through advocacy and capacity-building programs that narrow the skills gap, they effectively address challenges that limit women from being active contributors to the GDP of their immediate environments.

The BMGA Fellows Program is supported by top global institutions that consistently provide a transformational experience to the fellows through mentorship, executive coaching, and up-to-date learning resources.
