A technology business called Nvidia Corporation is well-known for creating graphics processing units (GPUs). Jen-Hsun “Jensen” Huang, Curtis Priem, and Chris Malachowsky formed the business in 1993. Its headquarters are in Santa Clara, California.

NVIDIA started offering fellowships to graduate students all over the world a few years after the firm was founded. The business believes that investing in academic talent is advantageous to the sector and essential to our ability to develop and succeed moving forward. The NVIDIA Graduate Fellowship Programme offers financing to Ph.D. candidates who are working on projects that will significantly enhance accelerated computing and related applications, up to $60,000 per award.

2023 is the twenty-third year that NVIDIA has invited Ph.D. students to submit their research projects for consideration. Recipients are selected based on their academic achievements, professor nomination, and area of research. They have found this program to be a great way to support academia in its pursuit of cutting-edge innovation, as well as an ideal avenue to introduce NVIDIA to future leaders of their industry.

NVIDIA particularly invites submissions from students pushing the envelope in artificial intelligence, robotics, autonomous vehicles, and related fields. They select students each year who have the talent, aptitude, and initiative to work closely with them early in their careers. Recipients not only receive crucial funding for their research but can conduct groundbreaking work with access to NVIDIA products, technology, and some of the most talented minds in the field. In addition, the Fellowship includes a summer internship preceding the Fellowship year.

NVIDIA partners with industry leaders to tackle some of the most complex computing challenges. They’re creating profound change in fields as diverse as medicine, space exploration, automotive design, and film production. They’ve only scratched the surface of what they can accomplish when they apply their technology to it. They need innovative and talented doctoral students, who aren’t afraid of a challenge, to help them tackle these opportunities.
