They are calling on young people to be Youth Delegates representing their countries from South Asia. There is no boundary for any other countries who like to participate as an observer, as well as inviting attendees from all walks of life who are passionate about the importance of human rights education.

A population ignorant of its rights cannot demand or defend them. Yet few in the world today know even two or three of their 30 rights as expressed in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR).

The Conference will feature the 2019 Human Rights Hero Awards, acknowledging those whose courage and determination has raised the bar on human rights in their respective nations and communities.
Youth for Human Rights Nepal has been working in Nepal since 2004 as a representative of Youth for Human Rights International (YHRI) based in Los Angles UAS. The purpose of the YHRI is to teach people about human rights specifically the United Nations (UN) Universal Declaration on Human Rights (UDHR) and inspire them to become advocates of peace and tolerance. Youth for Human Rights Nepal is a non-profit, non-governmental and non-political organization. It is a registered rights organization actively engaged in the education and promotion of human rights, working particularly among the Youth (in school, colleges and social sector) to promote the respect, recognition and protection of the individual and collective rights and activities at the national level. It has also been engaged for providing the educational program of Human Rights and capacity building (training, workshop, meetings, human rights database building), campaign and urgent appeals, networking and strengthening relationship and make youth aware about it.

- Must be 16 years above.
- Must be able to speak English.
- Strong interest in the topic of the conference.
- Keen interest on Human Rights.
- Participants can represent their country as Youth Delegates representing only from South Asia. Whereas, There are no boundary for any other countries who like to participate as an observer.

- Applications for the Forum must be applied online during the application period.
- Only selected candidates will be responded to and be asked to make the payments.
- Registration will be confirmed only after payment has been made.
- No refund is possible once the payment is made.
