- Applying for the scholarship one must submit:
– Verified Registration photocopy of the medical college you’re studying in
– Yearly income statement of Parents ( Verified by Ward commissioner ) and 2 passport sized photographs (verified).
– Mark sheets and Certificate photocopies of educational institution where you attended
– National ID/ Smart card/ Birth certificate copies
– Application form and Appreciation letter of principal
