Professional communication with the right content, timing and at the right situation raises the productivity of employees of an organization. This training program on “Creating Excellence through Professional Communication Skills & Etiquette” will bring in the techniques required to convey messages in the right manner to the right person with the assurance that the message will be understood and accepted well by the receiver in the right perspective and create one’s professional image through proper presentation.

Through an analysis of interpersonal skills and direction on various communication methodologies, this program will help employees understand the communication behaviour of others at work and portray the professional image of themselves. Effective communication being the skeletal framework of every business will help boost up negotiation skills of employees.

Methodology:
