Job Description / Requirements:
The following duties are normal for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.
- Assist to design JAAGO Foundation school admission process, and participate on admission process to recruit students for JAAGO Foundation School.
- Develop and update student database mentioning student’s demographical information, dropout rate, attendance rate, academic progress and other relevant information.
- Taking initiative to reduce student’s absence, dropout rate, irregularity at school
- Preparing student’s attendance sheet & checking it monthly.
- Participating to develop student’s report cards and finalizing student’s report cards.
- Monitoring student’s hygiene, nutrition & health condition and taking proper action if needed.
- Maintaining inter department communication
- Keeping records and ensuring stationary distribution, hygiene dissemination, and nutrition dispersion for students.
- Identify student needs and cooperate with others professional staffs to assessing and helping to develop attitude, mental health and to solve learning problems
- Guiding and counseling the challenging children and parents (if needed)
- Disbursing students’ gifts to different branches
- Arranging sponsor visit, Skype meeting, phone call and any other communication between student & sponsor.
- Managing monthly birthday charts, thank you charts, cards, letter for sponsors and well-wishers
- Preparing sponsorship kit and delivering it to Child Welfare Department (CWD)
- Arranging and managing different events for schools ( internal and external)
- Providing and sharing student information to other departments of JAAGO Foundation.
- Continuously update individual skills by attending workshops and training sessions related to child welfare, education or children guidance
- Providing training to project officer & community officer
- Participating in events of JAAGO Foundation
- Visit different branches of JAAGO Foundation schools

- Salary Range: 18,000-22,000 Taka
Eligibilities
Education Requirements:
- First University degree/ Master’s degree.
- Fluent in English and Bangla both verbal and written
- Knowledge of computer systems, including internet navigation and various office applications.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with very young group children.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A passion to promote education for the underprivileged
Preferred Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree from Education/Early Childhood Development/Child Psychology
- Previous experience of working with underprivileged children/development sector/non-profit organization
- Experience in working/volunteering in education or social development projects
