Job Description:
- Work closely with the team to monitor and solve any kind of delivery/product-related issues on a daily basis
- Ensure maximum delivery success
- Submit daily reports
- Maintain proper communication with the CX team
- Maintain good relation with Merchant
- Take necessary steps to resolve any missing parcel issue
- Coordinate with management and Hub Managers for any requirements or updates
- To ensure all parcels are received and delivered based on timelines

- Develop system/process by coordinating with management to clear the backlog on a daily basis
- Ensure the delivery success of high-value products with priority

Eligibilities
- Graduation in any discipline;
- At least 2-3 Years of Experience in the E-Commerce Industry;
- Familiarity with ERP software will get preference;
- Should have Understood of E-Commerce Fulfillment Process;
- Ability to take and handle stress and pressure;
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively;
- Good listening and problem-solving skills;
- Must have good knowledge of Excel.
