Novo Nordisk is hiring Senior Executive, Training & Development 2020 in Dhaka.

Novo Nordisk Main Accountabilities:

Training and Learning

    • Identify training needs through on-field observations and discussions with managers. Especially with Sales, Marketing & Medical teams for the appropriate therapy area
    • Guide managers in setting IDPs
    • Prepare the yearly classroom training calendar and ensure 100% execution
    • Prepare the yearly learning intervention calendar and ensure 100% execution
    • Contribute in the preparing the yearly training budget and ensure its being met throughout the year
    • Accompany sales teams to maintain contact with market environment, primarily through Field Visits
    • Develop training resources in conjunction with colleagues
    • Deliver trainings including off the job skills training, on the job coaching in conjunction with line managers
    • Contribute in developing and facilitating motivational, educational workshops at national sales meeting and other meetings where all employees participate
    • Conduct training evaluation
    • Coordinate with external agencies & training providers
    • Manage the logistics for any training or learning initiative
    • Prepare and maintain training manuals and aids
    • Contribute to HR projects as part of the HR team
    • Maintain liaison with other companies, training organisations and associations and be up-to-date to monitor new training developments
    • Promote a culture of development with a focus on talent management to support in succession planning

Induction / Onboarding

    • Support in aligning local induction/onboarding program as per global guidelines
    • Identify and update induction program topics through discussions with Department heads/team leaders. Especially with Sales, Marketing & Medical teams for the appropriate therapy area
    • Organize, gather and compile induction slide packs from relevant facilitators
    • Organize and coordinate induction sessions/programs by managing all logistics and booking facilitators
    • Deliver parts of the induction program as an HR representative
    • Have full knowledge on all topics of induction program and be ready to present/facilitate in case of absence of any facilitator.
    • Prepare and maintain induction manuals and aids
    • Prepare tests through discussion with relevant facilitators
    • Prepare reports on post evaluations of induction

Eligibilities

  • University Degree in the relevant area – Pharmacy, or Human Resources, or organizational psychology, or sociology will be a plus;
  • 2-3 years of experience in relevant field and industry;
  • Experience working in the multinational company would be preferable.
