Currently Foodpanda is looking for a highly driven, organised and autonomous Offline Marketing Manager to join their team in Bangladesh. If you are looking for a place where you can gain hands on exposure and have direct impact, then this may be the place for you!
Job Description:
The successful candidate will have a key role in driving offline marketing in Bangladesh by successfully leading our promoter fleet through executing impactful promoter activities, overseeing all restaurant branding as well as launching branding initiatives – incl. TVC and OOH.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this is a newly created role which is yours to shape as you grow.
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the Head of Marketing to execute strategic OOH campaigns (includes flyering, TVC & OOH)
- Using data to track & improve the performance of all offline initiatives, and recommend ways of spending budgets
- Recruiting, managing and growing a high performing team of promoters and brand ambassadors
- Ensuring our network of 5,000+ restaurants are branded with foodpanda collateral
- Working with our design team to ensure high-quality content for all offline collateral
Requirements:
- 2-4 years relevant work experience
- Fluent in written and spoken English; other language skills are desirable
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organisational skills, results-driven and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Proven track record in project management and budget planning
- Positive attitude with excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently and manage your own workload
