Eligibilities
Main Accountabilities:
- Meet Library customers’ needs and corporate objectives through brilliant front line services.
- Ensure quality support to different teams to plan and organise events in coordination with the events team.
- Contribute in designing, promoting and implementation of the agreed Library and Cultural Centre projects and programmes.
- Being aware on risks relating to own area of work and prepare data for continuous evaluation and reporting.
- Visit institutions and corporate bodies to promote activities of the Library and Cultural Centre and liaise with contacts in partner organisations and other suppliers
- Support financial administration of projects by planning costs, preparing budgets, raising purchase
Skills and Experiences:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years’ of work experience in project management
- Experience of working with children will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla. Competent in negotiation and marketing activities.
