POSITION PURPOSE:
Following the recent acquisition of Akij Tobacco, they are looking for Training Executive, reporting directly to Area Sales Capability Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with and supporting the Area Sales Capability Manager while taking responsibility for developing the skills, knowledge of salesforce by which they will meet the sales target with maintaining the core values of JTI.

MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Facilitating training programs for FOS, WSR’s, SR’s, ASR’s, Mdsr’s
- Developing/Enhancing training programs for Sales Team
- Conducts monthly regular fieldwork to assess, validate and gain insights
- Achievement of Sales Ops KPI (Distribution, OOS Situation, Volume) – Weighted
- Developing a Personal Development Plan for FOS in coordination with their respective TSO’s
- Conducting Employee Engagement Survey, teambuilding
- Support JTI to reduce manpower turn-over
- Providing a Clear understanding of JTI Culture and Core Values
- Cascade Incentive Scheme to the Team
