JOB Responsibilities:
- Assist in new staff orientation & onboarding for Support & Supply Team;
- Serve as a point of contact for all the existing and new employees;
- Assist in recruitment and selection;
- Create a good candidate experience by communicating with the candidates on a regular basis and providing them with feedback;
- Post job ads on relevant channels, organizing resumes and job application;
- Assist in day-to-day HR activities;
- Monitor admin service for smooth operation.

Eligibilities
- Graduation/post-graduation in management or Human Resource Management from any reputable private/public University;
- Freshers are encouraged to apply;
- Good in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
- Candidate must be good in communication;
- Candidate must be willing to do the night shift. (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM);
- Fluent in English;
- Ability to perform under pressure;
- Ability to do multi-tasking;
- Tech-savvy.
