Job Description/Responsibilities-
Key Responsibilities:
- Searching for new funding opportunities
- Review request for proposal documents, prepare summary and share with relevant people
- Draft and review EOI/ Concept note/ proposals in co-ordination with programme, country and affiliate teams
- Review and provide input into the budgets
- Registration and information update in various donor portals (Pador, FPA)
- Coordinate and provide guidance to country fundraising teams
- Timely communication and managing coordination between multiple stakeholders
- Developing country and project specific communication material in coordination with communication team for fundraising
- Maintain BRAC International’s consolidated pipeline, analyze information and prepare reports.

Eligibilities
Educational Requirements:
- Masters/ Four years Bachelor degree in Development Studies, Sociology, Anthropology, Business Administration or any other relevant disciplines.
Experience Requirements:
- More than 2 years of experience in development sector in similar role.
- Experience in writing project proposals/ reports/ meeting minutes and presentations.

- Good command in English, especially in analytical writing and speaking
- Understanding on donor requirements and sound knowledge on programme/ project development tools
- Ability to document lessons learned and apply them to future projects;
- Ability to work under pressure with Self-awareness, cultural sensitivity, respect to diversity, flexibility and adaptability
- Ability to make time to learn from experience and feedback, and apply the lessons to a new situation
- Ability to demonstrate values, core purpose and principles of humanitarian work
