As a Human Resources Admin, you will serve as a point of contact and link between employees, internal departments, and external parties including vendors. You are expected to handle administrative duties, analyze and improve office processes, and ensure that the office operates smoothly.

Job purpose and key deliverable
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team
- Provide Secretarial support to Head of Human Resources
- Support execution of HR events by ensuring on-time logistical arrangements
- Raise purchase orders for HR activities/events and co-ordinate with vendors in the billing process
- Manage the Admin budget and keep track of monthly reporting

- Strong verbal and written communication skill
- Sound knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word
