Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensure all BI activities aligned to the company’s core values and consistent with the fair treatment of all stakeholders.
2. Collect & analyze relevant pieces of customer information
3. Determine the customer’s lifecycle and value to the organization
4. Establish intuitive reporting methodologies, perform ad-hoc market analysis as required to support strategy and analyze performance
5. Coordinate between Sales and Marketing, as a central coordination function, to ensure sales activities are directed towards areas of maximum profitable revenue
6. Provide second level approval for campaigns generated by Product Marketing
7. Assist Marketing in preparation of customer lists for campaigning, ensure appropriate customer segmentation, and validate campaign offerings
8. Support Sales in customer acquisition through targeting prospects via segmentation techniques and Hunting campaign generation
9. Define target group selection for product marketing based on specified criteria.
10. Measure and feedback effectiveness of Sales and Marketing activities
11. Ensure all requests are captured and managed accurately to ensure no duplication of efforts and all issues are prioritized appropriately.
12. Assist and Report to Head of Department

The purpose of this position is to manage data retrieval and analysis within an organization. Their duties include organizing data points, communicating between upper management and the IT department and analyzing data to determine a business need.
