Wunderman Thompson Studios is looking for Lead/Senior Data Manager, 2023 in Dhaka
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take full ownership of delivery for designated clients/projects
- Work with the client and multi-disciplinary team of Engineering to ensure all technical data transfers are compliant and delivered on time
- Help internal stakeholders and external clients understand the capability and limitations of methods used
- Help to run scenarios required to answer client objectives.
- Manages overall data architecture and manages, develops, prioritizes, and recommends initiatives to improve and build upon the data architecture to support the business.
- Ensures consistency of process and usage, and champions best practices in data management Oversees data accuracy processes, goals, and assessment.
- Ensures resolution of data conflicts between systems and within the systems’ data universe.
- Works with internal stakeholders to develop strategies for leveraging data to gain a deeper insight into the business.
- Manages and develops the staffing of the Data & Reporting unit; champions team collaboration; monitors and develops career paths within the unit.
- Responsible for user experience with data and reporting tools.
- Actively seek more efficient ways of doing things for yourself and others and turn suggestions into actions including in service and product development.
- Demonstrate flexibility and work across multiple clients and projects at a time.

Eligibilities

- Have at least 5+ years of experience working with various data warehouse techniques and experience in data modeling.
- Have at least 5+ years of experience with relational database and can write complex queries
- Have at least 1-4 years of experience in data analytics, consulting, business intelligence or other quantitative positions
- Extensive experience managing and analyzing data, including strong understanding of Cloud data integration and management.
- Strong analytical skills – ability to analyze raw data, find insights, and provide actionable strategic recommendations
- strong project management skills and/or substantial exposure to project-based work structures.
- Ability to manage someone effectively to bring out the best in their skill sets, motivating them to succeed, and keeping their focus
- Strong work ethic, with ability to manage multiple projects, people, and time zones to meet deadlines and deliver results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
EXPERIENCE
- Experience with data science modeling is plus
