Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Data preparation, Data analysis.
- Work with team members to satisfy agency clients’ marketing data needs.
- Work closely with the email marketing team to support all data-related aspects to execute the campaign successfully.
- Communicate with clients through various communication channels.
- Act as a bridge between the client and the team to successfully deliver client requirements.
- Provide solutions based on the client’s requirements and thus manage the client’s expectations.
- Need to manage product and process-related documentation and create product case study documents for future client engagement.
- Need to understand current business scopes so that he can break down the task and delegate the task properly.
- Conduct scrum meetings and track status.
- Resources management and KPI reporting for team performance.

Eligibilities
- At least 2 years of data analyst experience will be preferred
- Hands-on technical expertise and Project Management skills to ensure successful delivery.
- Experience in various Project Management tools (for example Jira) is a big plus.
- Comfortable using Office365 tools.
- Understand the basic marketing tactics and relevant terminologies.
- Excellent client management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill is essential
- Should be flexible to work different shifts.
- Prior experience in a similar domain will be an added advantage.
- Technical understanding of BI tool is plus
