Wipro is looking for Radio Planning Manager 2022 in Dhaka
Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- To release the service coverage expansion plan as per the baseline agreed with client
- To support rollout & back-office team on a time-to-time basis for smoother execution of plan on ground
- To build capacity in the network in advance (based on forecast & available Capex and drivers) to meet the rollout numbers as well as network performance
Customer experience
- To release work requests towards network performance improvement as per contractual SLA/KPI
- To report the improvement areas & aligned with the client during regular performance meet
- Having prime in high-level customer support and point of contact for presenting/assessing new features, Preparing high/Low-level document designs, Test Cases, Risks/Gains evaluation, Lab/Live testing processes evaluation, Benchmarking, and performance evaluation in front of the board of managers and leaders
- Tackling worst network cases, Support is resolving customer complaints and degradation/complains, in activation of latest features and releases including but not limited to phases of trails, Rollout and acceptance delivery
Operational excellence
- SLA/KPI report generation as per client’s alignment
- Plan and Optimize the network to troubleshoot and improve KPIs
- To build processes in the RAN domain and work towards its improvement
- To support & enable the transformation of the tool and TFO (Touch-free operation) in the RAN domain as per Wipro’s commitment

Eligibilities
- Bachelor’s in Engineering or above majoring in Telecommunication
- 15 – 20 years of work experience in RF Planning & Optimization for 5G/LTE/UMTS/GSM
- Client Handling ability to meet the business demands
- Escalation handling ability during day-to-day deliveries
- Team handling capability to bring the optimized performance
- Must have strong knowledge of general network planning and optimization techniques
- Knowledge of system features and parameters for optimal network performance
- Familiar with KPI Optimization, Swap process, merge related activities.
- Must have good skills in MS office including Excel, MS Access, and PowerPoint.
