UNFPA is looking for SRHR Quality Assurance Analyst 2021 in Cox’s Bazar.
The SRHR Quality Assurance Analyst position is based in the Cox’s Bazar Sub Office of UNFPA Bangladesh and delivers quality services in SRHR . Under the overall supervision and guidance of Head of Sub Office, the position directly reports to Sub-Office SRHR Team Lead, and supports in supervision of fleet management.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular field visits of UNFPA supported facilities and provide technical support to the service providers;
- Assist in coordinating with relevant partners to ensure appropriate service provision in relation to project activities;
- Assist the SRHR team in preparing the materials, forms and plans for the procurement and distribution of RH kit and other commodities and medicines, in addition to circulating these documents and making them accessible to relevant SRHR partners, and collecting them once filled out;
- Assist in the general functioning of the SRHR Working Group in Cox’s Bazar, led by UNFPA;
- Attend and partake in meetings, trainings and special events related to SRHR and humanitarian responses.
- Provide SRHR updates as needed and share information gathered with SRHR team and other relevant colleagues as well as SRHR partners.

Eligibilities
Education:
- Advanced degree in medicines.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Up to two years’ professional experience in the working in health facilities, preferably related to SRHR and/or emergency response.
- Excellent clinical skills in the field of SRH.
- Knowledge on the situation of women and girls in Bangladesh, specifically in Cox’s Bazar is an asset.
- Experience in UN/UNFPA humanitarian/development/peace-building programming and operations is desired.
- Proven work experience in the area of SRHR issues.
- Prior working experience in emergency preparedness and response for natural disaster or man-made conflict is an asset.
- Skills in collaborating with a wide range of partners, strong communication, networking and excellent organizational skills.
Languages:
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other official UN languages is preferable.
