UNDP is looking for Project Analyst, Climate Risk Disclosure & Audit 2025 in Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop climate risk reporting frameworks aligned with national policies and international standards.
- Identify and quantify climate-related financial risks to improve transparency.
- Assist ministries in integrating climate risks into their reporting processes.
- Collaborate on climate risk disclosure reports, including gender and equity considerations.
- Audit climate-related expenditures and programs for compliance and efficiency.
- Update audit tools with OCAG to incorporate climate priorities.
- Create indicators for auditing climate-sensitive projects aligned with best practices.
- Conduct training on climate risk disclosure and auditing for government and private sectors.
- Strengthen auditors’ and financial managers’ skills in integrating climate considerations.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Sustainability, Social Science, Business, Economics, Climate Finance, Environmental Accounting, or related fields.
- Or Bachelor’s degree with 2 additional years of relevant experience.
- Master’s degree holders: No professional experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree holders: Minimum 2 years in climate sustainability, impact finance, or auditing.
- Expertise in climate risk assessment, disclosure, and impact monitoring.
- Strong interpersonal, networking, and project management skills.
- Analytical and auditing skills for climate-related financial risks.
- Experience with tools for tracking and auditing climate-sensitive projects.
- Experience in international development organizations or public sector is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Fluency in English and Bangla is required.
