UN World Food Programme is looking for Logistics Assistant (Quality and Safety), SC5 2025 in Chittagong.
Job Responsibilities:
- Document food quality incidents, inspect food, recommend corrective actions, and assess supplier compliance.
- Support warehouse management, ensure proper food storage, and assist with Integrated Pest Management (IPM).
- Train staff and partners on food safety, develop materials, and provide technical support on food fortification.
- Draft reports, follow-up letters, and suggest quality improvements; coordinate inspections with labs and inspectors.
- Contribute to food fortification protocols and perform other duties as assigned.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- University Degree (Bachelor’s) in Food Science, Supply Chain, Food Technology, Food Safety, Agriculture, Nutrition, or related field.
- 5+ years of work experience in Food Technology, food safety, or Food Assistance Programs.
- Fluency in spoken and written both in English and Bangla language.
