Job Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to the F2F program in Bangladesh, ensuring program objectives are met, and oversee the implementation of the program.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including the host country government, local and international organizations, and other stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of the program.
- Manage the country office and supervise all program staff, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure high-quality programming.
- Ensure effective financial management of the program, including budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance with all applicable regulations and policies.
- Monitor program performance and progress against established targets, using data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures, including those related to safety and security.
- Represent the program to donors, partners, and other stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationships with them.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and learning across the program and with external partners to ensure program sustainability and impact.
- Work with program staff to identify and develop opportunities for new partnerships and funding.
- Collaborate with other organizations and stakeholders to promote the F2F program’s goals and objectives and leverage resources to achieve it.

Eligibilities
- Education: Candidates must have a Master’s degree in agriculture, business administration, international development, or a related field.
- Work experience: Candidates must have at least 10 years of relevant work experience, including experience in leading and managing complex international development programs in agriculture or related fields. Experience working in South Asia or Bangladesh is preferred.
