Therap is seeking Graphic Designer (Print and Web Media) 2020 in Dhaka.
The ideal candidate will be a passionate self-starter with an exceptional working knowledge of print media and web media best practices and trend watching to help align the look of our social media accounts with brand standards. The perfect candidate will be an out-of-the-box but within-the-brand thinker with a portfolio of sharp design work already under their belt. Use best practices for digital asset management to ensure easy archival and retrieval of branded digital media assets. This position will collaborate closely with teams in communications including, but not limited to, videographers/photographers, graphic designers, marketing specialists to ensure that the content we publish is optimized for each platform we use. The ideal candidate will also be a deadline-driven, energetic multitasker who thrives when juggling several different to-do list items and doesn’t wait around for a staff meeting before tackling the whole list. This person is organized, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about social media, design and all things.
Specific Duties/Responsibilities:
- Print, Web Communications and Social Media
- Devise and execute targeted communications campaigns for all our products and services initiatives
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Design marketing campaigns to drive attendance at our events and outreaches
- Ability to integrate our presence and participation on web/social media, with an emphasis on audience engagement and growth
- Brainstorm content ideas with other creatives on the team and pursue good ideas based on data, strategy and best practices
- Monitor the internet for brand-relevant trends and communicate with the other social media strategist to execute on appropriately joining trending conversations
- Translating research findings into creative designs that are easy for multiple stakeholders/teams to understand

Eligibilities
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Preference will be given to 1-2 years of experience in print and web communications.
Technical qualifications and personal qualities:
- Ability to provide creative solutions to visual problems independently.
- Detail-oriented, well organized, able to handle multiple projects at any given time and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated time management skills, including the ability to lead small and medium-sized.
- Fluency in social media norms, standards, and metrics. Main presence currently includes Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, and Linkedin.
- Necessary design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: including Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat. Knowledge InDesign is a plus.
- Should have the ability to sketch or draw in digital media such as illustrator.
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs.
- Ability to create visually appealing graphics and follow brand guidelines.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with experience and success.
