Job Description:
- Prepare user guides, release notes and reference documentation
- Interact with users of the system and develop innovative tutorials
- Explain complex technical issues via emails, blog posts, FAQs, video scripts, etc.
- Communicate user feedback to programmers to help design a better product
- Prepare responses to RFPs and other business proposals
