Job Responsibilities:
- As a Senior Stakeholder Engagement & Public Affairs Specialist, your role involves overseeing industry relationships and coordinating vital stakeholder management initiatives within our production office. Collaborating closely with your manager, you offer guidance, training, and mentorship to colleagues and diverse stakeholders, leveraging your specialized expertise.
- A proactive role model, you actively generate innovative concepts, tackle challenges, and disseminate insights throughout the team.
- Your responsibilities encompass devising and executing strategies for stakeholder engagement and public affairs, along with providing support for global and local projects that are integral to our organizational goals. Through interactions with relevant internal and external stakeholders, you wield influence adeptly to navigate authorities and decision-makers.
- Your role also involves representing H&M in governmental and public affairs arenas, fostering valuable partnerships and resolute commitment to our strategic endeavours.
- You are tasked with developing protocols and procedures to address potential risks that could hinder company strategies.
- Furthermore, you play a crucial part in assisting H&M Production markets in the implementation of our crisis management protocols and response measures.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Academic background in business, engineering, environmental studies or related field is preferrable.
- 5-7 years of working experience in similar role, preferably in textile industry
- Excellent in data analysis/ Analytical ability with visualization
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously.
- A flexible, positive, and inspirational team player
- Strong influencing skills and connection with H&M core values
