Responsibilities
- Quickly become a product/service expert.
- Write clear, creative, quick, error-free content for the company knowledge base.
- Review and edit existing knowledge base articles to ensure those remain accurate and up to date.
- Identify future knowledge articles by working closely with the different areas of the company.
- Follow a style guide to edit and standardize content prepared by subject matter experts and content developers for consistent language, terminology, and style
- Be open to receiving and giving feedback (and making edits/be edited) on written work in a humble, ego-free way.
