Talent Centric is hiring Technical Operations Analyst 2023 in Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside operations teams to support onboarding, training, technical platform supports for all operational sites.
  • Serve as the key Level 2 support individual to coordinate technical support requests, provide troubleshooting techniques, and train on key platform elements.
  • Collaborate with the design and product teams to provide the technical voice of the customer from customer interactions to improve LABS products and services.
  • Communicate to external stakeholders the LABS technology platform and answer questions regarding the LABS digital platform and data reporting solutions.
  • Gather requirements for technical integrations and serve as the key liaison to client-level technical teams.
  • Responsible for communicating system architecture design and working with development teams to bridge the gap between local IT groups and development teams.
  • Maintain and support system Integrations, managing partner relationships with software vendors and local Health IT groups.
  • Platform development and engagement with the software development team
  • System audit at facilities to ensure the system is functioning appropriately.
  • Scope & define requirements for customer reporting requests such as program specific dashboards and national level reporting requirements.

Eligibilities

  • Growth mindset and willingness to go above, beyond, and outside of the formal role.
  • 5-7 years of experience in customer implementation or technical operations support role
  • Experience in customer facing roles with a proven track record of delivery.
  • Experience working in the public sector/government.
  • Clear demonstration of the ability to exchange information on statuses, ideas, and issues to achieve LABS business objectives.
  • An understanding of interoperability frameworks and standards
  • Ability to translate technical requirements to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to directly work and engage with engineering team.
