Job Responsibilities:
Business and Financial:
- Achieve targets for accounts and sales volume in Employee Banking.
- Increase customer base and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities.
- Organize sales and service campaigns, communicate with clients for sales opportunities.
- Ensure cost control and minimize expenses.
Sales:
- Sell products and meet set sales targets.
People & Talent:
- Foster a team environment in Employee Banking that reflects the bank’s values.
- Maintain open communication and high motivation levels.
Governance, Regulatory and Compliance:
- Communicate compliance requirements and non-negotiable standards to staff.
- Ensure adherence to processes and controls for preventing money laundering, fraud, and customer complaints.
- Maintain good relationships with Legal and Compliance to address regulatory issues.

Health & Safety
- Ensure escalation of H&S related issues in a timely manner.
Education:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree
Role Specific Technical Competencies:
- Strong selling and inter-personal skills required convincing customers and selling bank products.
- Creativity in terms of meeting customer demands with existing products.
- Initiative and drive to achieve set targets and service standards.
- Organisation skills (Campaigns, Promotions, Mail shots, seminars etc.)
- Adherence level of Bank’s policies and procedures
