Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Retail Store Manager in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers.
- Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments).
- Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives.
- Monitor and maintain clients’ activity.
- Response emails, calls and perform chat with the client.
- Monitor retail operating costs, budgets and resources.
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust product positioning.
- Research emerging products and provide the details to the concerned department.
- Look after the organic, cross-sales & up sales activities.
- Track the order and provide the necessary support to the client.
- Create reports, analyze and interpret retail data, like revenues, expenses and competition.
