SNV is Looking for Independent Verification Agent (IVA) Junior officer 2024 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
Managing the IVA claim documents properly
- Ensure that all claim documents are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
- Familiarise with the IVA claim process and be able to identify any potential issues with the claims.
Check the Documents
- Carefully review all claim documents to ensure and meet the eligibility criteria.
- Check for any errors or omissions in the documents.
Maintain a paper trail for each document.
- Keep a copy of all claim documents for their records. This will be helpful in the event of any questions or disputes.
Support the Private Sector Engagement Officer in settling RBF claims:
- Work closely with the Private Sector Engagement Officer to resolve any issues with RBF claims.
- Support the private sector engagement officer in preparing and submitting RBF claims to the third party.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Provide periodic updates to the senior management about the progress of partnerships and interventions.
- Utilize analytics to gauge the success and areas of improvement for various initiatives.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
Qualifications and preferred requirements
- Bachelor degree on from any UGC approval Universities.
- One year job Experience and on hand experience on different data collection, Analysis and reporting documentation process
- Working experience with multi stakeholders (internal and external)
- Partnership experience with local and nation companies
- Report writing
Preferred requirements:
- Excellent computer skills with demonstrated experience in the use accounting software, MS word, excel suites will be required.
- Experience in leveraging networks, resources, and multistakeholder approaches.
- Good social, networking and presentation skills, able to engage with the private sector, civil society and governments.
- Excellent and demonstrable analytical skills.
- Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
