Job Context
The Trainee District Manager will be responsible for the overall Sales Management and Administrative Operation of the territory under the Retail Sales Department.
Job Responsibilities
- planning, implementing and monitoring retail sales operations within the assigned territory.
- Regular sales reporting (Weekly and Monthly) to the Area Manager.
- Plan and monitor distribution management and inventory management.
- Regular shop visits and monitor shop performance.
- Prepare sales targets/budgets for the entire district.
- Monitor and take short and long-term measures to keep receivables at the desired level.
- Analyzing and solving the territory’s operational issues.
- Ensure proper customer service from Branch Managers.
- Training and development of shop staff over entire shop operation and product knowledge.
- Must take overall responsibility and be accountable for the total operation of the assigned territory.
