Singer Bangladesh Ltd is looking for Regional Service Incharge 2022 in Bangladesh
Job Description:
- Supervise all service activities both in house and externals related to the regional service centre
- Monitoring & Coordinating with Franchise Technician and Regional service management;
- To monitor inventory management
- Planning, implementing and monitoring Service Operations within In-house and externals team.
- To prepare Monthly Consumption Report, Service Report, Petty Cash Report & submit to the Authority.
- Facing physical inventory audit and cooperation with Internal and External Auditors.
- To perform ERP based tasks such as Purchase Order, Work Order, Inventory Received, Issued, Customer Order, Create Payment and reconciliation between SBL-Branch Cash Book and Bank.
- Training and development with franchise technicians and service-related people regarding critical and new product service issues.
- Monitoring and overseeing the assigned regional service teams to ensure proper and standard customer service (such as visit to Franchise Workshop, Customer’s House, Singer Branch & Dealer’s outlet etc.).
- Have to take the overall responsibility for the total service operation for the regional area

Educational Requirements:
- B.Sc in EEE/ Mechanical Engineering from any reputed university
- Skills Required: After Sales Service
Experience Requirements:
- At least 2 year(s) in Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies, Multinational Companies
- The applicants should have experience in After Sales Service/ Technical Support
Additional Requirements:
- Age at most 30 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply.
- Proficiency in English, Sound knowledge on Computer, including MS office package.
