Responsibilities:
- Planning, implementing and monitoring retail sales operation within the assigned territory.
- Regular sales reporting (Weekly and Monthly) to Area Manager.
- Plan and monitor distribution management and inventory management.
- Regular shop visit and monitor shop performance.
- Prepare sales target/ budget for the entire district.
- Monitor and take short and long term measures to keep receivables at desired level.
- Analyzing and solving territory’s operational issues.
- Ensure proper customer service from Branch Managers.
- Training and development of shop staffs over entire shop operation and product knowledge.
- Must take the overall responsibility and be accountable for the total operation of the assigned territory

Eligibilities
Educational Requirements:
- MBA/ BBA from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
- At least 2year experience in any marketing position, B2B and B2C sales and marketing, channel management
Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 33 years
- Good command in English
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and advance excel
- Self motivated and able to work under pressure
- Accessible approach to other
- Result oriented
- Team Player
- Ready to Travel all over Bangladesh
