Siemens Energy is hiring a Gas Turbine Transition Ring Technician 2023 in Dhaka

Eligibilities

• Diploma degree in a technical discipline with minimum of 4 years proven independent working experience as Steel Construction Fitter, e.g., shipyards, vessel manufacturing, plant construction or power plant erection.
• Must have successfully completed a certified welding curriculum.
• Profound skills and experience in general mechanical maintenance activities of power generation equipment or in the Oil & Gas industry and willingness to continuously work hands-on under time pressure and in difficult conditions.
• Able to read, understand and independently work to drawings, specifications, and unit conversions in accordance with international codes and standards.
• Good English language skills both verbally and written is a minimum requirement, having more language skills is a plus.
• Good level of digital literacy, confident user of relevant IT-applications (Microsoft Office).
• Pro-active, problem solving and ready to work attitude, readiness to take additional tasks to improve the statuesque if needed,
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work either independently or with multinational groups of personnel, in shift rotation with flexible hours.
• Good understanding of HSE and Quality requirements and standards in the related field of work.
• Ability and willingness to work over holidays, weekends as required by the forced events & emergency jobs.
