Job Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate a team of telesales representatives to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback to improve performance
- Identify training and development needs for team members and provide appropriate training and coaching
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales standards
- Analyze and report on sales metrics to track team performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales initiatives and improve customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements

Eligibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in telesales & leadership role

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue goals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
