Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a channel sales strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including distributors, and Value Added Marchants.
- Collaborate with internal teams (such as Marketing, Product) to develop and implement channel programs and initiatives that support the overall sales strategy
- Manage and monitor the performance of merchants, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure they meet or exceed their sales targets
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Create and deliver sales activation program, training programs to merchants to increase their product knowledge and sales effectiveness
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and adjust the channel sales strategy as needed to remain competitive

Eligibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field
- 7+ years of experience in channel sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and measure performance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with channel partners and attend industry events
- Proven track record of successful sales campaigns and experience with developing and managing sales channels in any fintech organization
- Knowledge of financial services regulations and compliance requirements
