Job Responsibilities:
- Assist monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements along with quarterly financial performance for board presentation and reporting to supervisor
- Forecasting cash payments and anticipating challenges arising from limited cash flow
- To assist in the management of all accounting procedures and systems used by the organization
- Responsible for all financial transactions and payment functions
- Prepare and maintain asset register with a depreciation schedule
- Ensure timely VAT & TAX return submission
- Vendor payment in due time with proper VAT & TAX deduction
- Managing daily operations & other ad hoc requirements
- Responsible for system vs bank reconciliation within the deadline.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather & assess Financial and non-financial information
- Ensure daily all customer refund
- Responsible for all ledger reconciliation before monthly reporting

Eligibilities
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance/ Accounts
- Sound knowledge of financial compliances
- Proficient in financial & accounting software and tools
- Skills Required: account pay, Corporate Finance, Financial & Management Reporting, VAT and Tax, Vendor payment
Experience Qualifications:
- 3 to 4 years (s) of working experience in the similar field
- Working experience in a similar industry will be an added advantage
- Working with tools MS Excel, IFRS, IAS , Tally ERP or equivalent skills set is required is required
