Job Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that meet business objectives and user needs
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure designs are implemented effectively
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design
- Work with developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly and identify and fix any issues that arise during development
- Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for different devices and screen sizes

Eligibilities
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to communicate effectively with developers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of design thinking methodologies and user-centered design principles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, human-computer interaction, or a related field
