Job Responsibilities:
- Float Management: Oversee and optimize float management strategies to ensure efficient utilization of funds and liquidity.
- Daily Reconciliation & FRM: Perform rigorous daily reconciliations and manage Financial Risk Management (FRM) processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Financial Reporting: Lead the preparation and analysis of financial reports, providing insights into business performance and opportunities for improvement.
- Positive Unit Economics: Drive initiatives to achieve and maintain positive unit economics, identifying cost-saving measures and revenue enhancement strategies.
- Commercial Approval: Establish and implement robust frameworks for commercial approval processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Eligibilities
Job requirements:
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CA or ACCA qualification preferred
- At least 06-08 years of practical experience in Fintech/ Banking or relevant industry experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive impactful changes
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Well-conversant with regulatory requirements and business practices
- Strong communication skills to deal with internal and external stakeholders
