Job Responsibilities:
- Design, Develop & Execute software solutions to address business issues
- Provide Architectural blueprints & technical leadership
- Develop high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility
- Collaborate with other professionals to determine functional and non-functional requirements for new software or applications
- Define all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards
- Oversee progress of the development team to ensure consistency with the initial design
- Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers
- Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility, etc.
- Oversight and approval of all final programs and products before the formal launch
- Actively seek ways to improve business software processes and interactions
- Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies & processes to ensure the highest quality production platform

Eligibilities
- 7+ years of hands-on experience as a professional Software Engineer in any server-side technologies, preferably in PHP and/or Java
- Ability & willingness to manage a group of Engineers from different technology stacks
- Demonstrated experience of scaling in the cloud
- Demonstrated experience of working in complex software projects
- Willingness to work in a start-up environment & able to rebuild your mindset
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related field or equivalent industry experience.
