Job Responsibilities:
- Analyzing data and preparing reports & presentations for senior management
- Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes
- Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations and actively participate in the implementation of approved changes
- Create informative, actionable, and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
- Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
- Follow-up special assignment by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget
- Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
- Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
- Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational, and related research to support strategic and business planning
- Interpret, evaluate, and interrelate research/ internal data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports
- Work to help the organization’s efficiency and profitability by analyzing its business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to address those areas
- Gather data on the current performance of the system or process. This may include data from existing systems, user feedback, or other sources
- Analyzing business health data to identify areas where performance is below the desired level. This may involve identifying bottlenecks, analyzing system logs, or using statistical analysis techniques
- Consolidating, normalizing, and harmonizing data from different data sources
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to understand business performance

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or related role
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong value management skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Requires the excellent analytical ability and strong judgment and decision-making abilities
