Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee the shifting business operations to ensure timely and efficient execution.
- Develop and implement operational strategies and plans for the shifting business.
- Monitor and analyze shifting business performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and optimize operational processes.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to shifting business operations.
- Manage and maintain relationships with shifting business partners and stakeholders.
- Identify and address operational risks and challenges associated with shifting business activities.
- Provide regular reports and updates on shifting business operations to management.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role, preferably within the similar service industry
- Knowledge of shifting business, and transportation business is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Flexible to work in field
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle unexpected challenges
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
