Sheba Platform Limited is looking for Automobile Expert- Senior Officer/ Assistant Manager 2023 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Possess a strong knowledge of automotive repair, including the ability to diagnose and fix various car problems
- Provide technical guidance and support to service professionals
- Monitor service quality, and customer satisfaction, and address any issues or escalations promptly
- Oversee the onboarding process for new service providers, ensuring they meet Sheba.xyz standards
- Identify and establish relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers for various car parts and accessories
- Ensure a consistent and competent workforce of service providers available on the platform
- Diagnosing faults, repairing equipment, and conducting post-repair testing
- Develop and train the team to enhance the technical skills up to date
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the growth and success of the Automobile business

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma degree in Automotive/ Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of hands-on experience in the automobile industry, with a focus on car repair and maintenance.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various car problems.
- Strong network and relationships with car parts vendors and suppliers.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team.
- Ability to frequently move in the field.
- Certification in automotive repair and maintenance is a plus.
